Shipping policy
Thank you for Choosing The Chemistry Lab. We Works directly with all orders. We take our time to review, process , pack and deliver it to the Postal Service. Once your order is processed you will receive your tracking number in your email. Normally this can take 2-5 business days to process and 3-5 business days to arrive according Post Office. If placed after 4pm an additional day will be required for processing. We are not responsible for late shipments due to weekends(we ship during the weekdays only), inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

If PRIORITY MAIL OPTION is selected..
Even if you choose the Priority Mail option, all orders will be processed in the same way 2-5 business days. Only change is the time the Postal Service process your package. This option has $50 insurance directly with the Post Office.
All orders are very important, if in this time you do not receive your tracking number please contact us via email @ thechemistrylab47@yahoo.com. As long as you consider that high seasons could take a few to several more days.
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, for any lost or ruined packages after delivering them to the Post Office. Please check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package.- All order updates are sent out via email to the email on the account or your selected type of communication prior to purchasing. All pending order inquiries are answered during business hours via the message center on your account or email, this allows direct communication between the customer and the merchant.

In most cases we will ship your items before that. Depending on the product ordered and the processing time for that order. It is advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline that you need your product for, it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays that may be out of our control.
- If the product you ordered is not available, We will contact you immediately by phone, email, or both to see if you are interested in a product substitution. If a substitution is not a viable option for you and you wish to cancel your order completely, we will issue your payment as a refund immediately.
LOCAL PICKUP IS AVAILABLE
HOWEVER, local pickup requires 3/4 to 24hrs of processing time unless personnel has spoken with you or you have received a notice saying your order is ready for pickup. This can also be affected by holidays/Inclement Weather and must be retrieved during A SCHEDULED PICK UP TIME(Please Utilize the number located on receipt/confirmation page). Please CONTACT ME TO ARRANGE PICK UP.
ANY ITEM/PURCHASE NOT PICKED UP TWO WEEKS AFTER PURCHASED DATE IS SUBJECT TO A $15 RESTOCKING FEE!
LOCAL PICK UP IS AVAILABLE ON SUNDAYS During 10am-6pm only!
LOCAL DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE
DELIVERY IS ONLY AN OPTION AFTER YOU SPEND OVER $20 in product not $19.99 plus tax and shipping. Your product has to be over $20. Local delivery is also based on area code so please input all information into the system to determine delivery price(PLEASE NO CALLS ASKING FOR THE PRICE BECAUSE I ONLY CAN GIVE YOU A PRICE RANGE) LOCAL DELIVERY IS ONLY AVAILABLE DURING BUSINESS HOURS BEFORE THE 90 min closing period AND ONCE A TIME IS DISCUSSED.(Example( if you place an order at 4:29pm on a Sunday(closing time is 6pm) (90 minutes blackout before closing is in effect at 430pm)but you have not spoken with personnel it is highly likely your delivery will be next day during business hours unless a personnel has contacted you and discussed otherwise. All orders MUST BE PLACED WITHIN A 90 minutes before closing time for same day delivery. If Placed later delivery will be next day.
